Do I need a developer to set this up?

Will it work on my personal WhatsApp number?

On Free and Starter the assistant runs on Telegram and a shared WhatsApp line. From Business upward you get a dedicated WhatsApp number, so your personal chats stay completely untouched.

What happens if the AI doesn't know an answer?

It only ever answers from what you've entered — products, prices, delivery zones and FAQs. Outside of that, it tells the customer you'll follow up personally and alerts you instantly, instead of guessing.

Is my customers' payment information safe?

Yes. Payments run through Paystack's own secure checkout — Runambiz never sees or stores card details, only the confirmation that an order was paid for.

Can I change plans or cancel any time?

Yes, from your dashboard whenever you like. Upgrade, downgrade or cancel with no lock-in contract, and you keep your store data either way.

What if I already have a website or social page?
